Upon moving to Pinelands, I discovered that the Telkom mobile signal for my LTE broadband service is suddenly seriously degraded; and as a result the download speed is severely reduced and interrupted, so I am constantly having to reconnect and restart any downloads.
Of course this quickly uses up my monthly 3GB allocation.
So logged an issue with Telkom, but absolutely nothing has been done about it.
As a result I had to purchase an additional 1GB on 25 AUG, but that also was used up by 29 August. How much data am I expected to purchase to compensate for this rubbish service?
